This one full day training course includes both theoretical and practical training aligned with international pool lifeguard standards, with a strong focus on hands-on learning. Participants will gain an understanding of legal responsibilities, emergency action planning, and operating procedures, along with effective surveillance techniques and rescue strategies. Practical sessions cover all core water rescue skills, including spinal injury management, CPR and AED application.
The accreditation is valid for 2 years.
